Job summary
Ocado Group seeks a Senior Partner Growth Manager to influence partner growth across the Ocado Smart Platform. You will work with partner teams to drive acquisition, retention and profitability, while leveraging data and central experts to shape growth strategies.
Some travel to Saudi Arabia/Europe is required. You will be the primary growth expert for partners, translating objectives into actionable initiatives and coordinating with ecommerce, marketing and tech stakeholders to maximise
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; Arabic/European languages desirable.
- Experience driving growth for DTC or grocery ecommerce is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth strategy for assigned partners to improve acquisition, retention and profitability.
- Build and manage relationships with partner ecommerce, marketing and tech teams.
- Leverage data to deliver actionable growth recommendations and optimisations.
- Translate partner growth objectives into clear roadmap initiatives and prioritised actions.
- Own partner relationships for ecommerce and growth roadmap engagement.
- Monitor delivery and adoption of growth features to maximise value.
