Ocado Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own Retail Media analytics, GA4 implementations, and Looker governance within the Enablement & Martech team. You will partner with international retail partners and internal stakeholders to translate metric definitions into precise logic and scalable reporting.

You will lead data-driven analyses, build reporting marts, and mentor junior analysts while driving semantic layer development and governance across the analytics stack.

Formación

• Strong SQL and BigQuery with Looker reporting experience.
• GA4 analytics experience for digital/ecommerce.
• Translate complex business requirements into metric definitions.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering on semantic layers and reporting marts.

Responsabilidades

• Own Retail Media analytics and Looker Explores, ensure data quality, and optimize aggregations.
• Translate business metric definitions into clear technical logic for the analytics platform.
• Maintain metric dictionary for core Ecom metrics and valid dimensions.
• Partner with Analytics Engineering to build reporting marts and migrate metrics.
• Automate recurring Retail Media and partner reporting to improve reliability.
• Perform GA4 digital performance analyses to inform decisions.
• Drive Looker governance, naming conventions, and data-source standardization.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses for business priorities and stakeholders.
• Present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices.
