Job summary

Ocado Group in Ocado Commercial is seeking a Senior Partner Growth Manager to drive growth for leading ecommerce partners across the EMEA region, with travel to Saudi Arabia and Europe. You will combine ecommerce, grocery retail, and online marketing expertise with strong analytics.

Lead growth initiatives, collaborate with Partner Account teams, and translate Partner objectives into actionable plans that maximize OSP platform value and partner profitability.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; Arabic and European languages desirable.
• Ability to design data-driven growth strategies and execute them.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth strategy for assigned Partner(s) to improve commercial outcomes (acquisition, retention, order growth, profitability).
• Collaborate with Partner ecommerce, marketing and technology teams and cross-functional Ocado stakeholders to align priorities.
• Use data to identify trends and opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations to Partners and internal stakeholders.
• Own Partner relationship for ecommerce growth roadmap engagement and act as primary contact for growth topics.
• Support partners in day-to-day use of OSP and ensure the webshop is configured to maximize customer acquisition and basket size.
