We are looking for a Head of Finance to take strategic and operational ownership of the Group Finance function. This is a senior leadership appointment for a finance executive who can run a disciplined, well‑controlled finance operation while simultaneously positioning the business for scale, profitability and investment. You will own the financial operating model across multiple entities and business units — providing the forward‑looking direction that unlocks new revenue streams, supports capital raising, shapes corporate structuring and drives sustainable value creation. It is a role with genuine breadth: month-end rigour on one side, investor‑grade modelling and growth strategy on the other.
Strategic Responsibilities (not Limited To)
- Build a scalable financial operating structure fit for multi-entity growth, acquisitions, geographic expansion and new business lines.
- Design and optimise working capital frameworks that support growth.
- Translate strategic growth objectives into financial runway, cost‑expansion plans and resource allocation models.
- Build short- to medium‑term operating forecasts and conduct sensitivity modelling for scalability scenarios.
- Provide financial insight for market entry, partner onboarding and new product profitability.
Investment readiness and capital structuring
- Lead readiness for investment, including valuation, structuring, due diligence, financial packs and governance frameworks.
- Prepare investor reports, quantitative models, investment memoranda and pitch‑ready financial narratives.
- Support capital raising through modelling, risk evaluation and scenario projections.
- Track post‑investment ROI, capital utilisation and covenant obligations.
- Support the creation, restructuring or consolidation of legal entities to enable investment and cross‑jurisdictional access.
Operational finance leadership
- Own the full financial operations calendar: month‑end close, analysis, tax, statutory compliance and management pack submission.
- Drive close discipline, audit readiness and EBITDA‑focused management.
- Establish financial controls, automated processes and reporting standardisation across teams and companies.
- Lead continuous improvement that reduces manual workload, turnaround times and error risk.
- Introduce cost‑disciplining frameworks and operational spend governance.
Group reporting, governance and risk
- Lead consolidated group reporting across multiple companies and service lines.
- Strengthen controls over procurement, payment approvals, delegation of authority and revenue reconciliation.
- Ensure adherence to IFRS and Group governance requirements.
Margin, profitability and commercial enablement
- Model revenue transformation choices — scaling sales teams, outsourcing versus insourcing, and pricing restructures for margin improvement.
- Create cost‑benefit and value‑creation assessments that inform strategic decisions.
- Engineer financial mechanisms that drive recurring revenue stability.
Team leadership
- Develop bench strength across the finance team and lead succession planning within the finance ecosystem.
- Lead in a way that builds capability rather than dependency.
