Job summary

Sandvik Mining is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide high-quality support to end users, operators and service personnel. You will coach technicians, contribute feedback for product improvements and support warranty investigations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users, operators and service personnel for complex issues.
Coach and train Technicians and Specialists.
Provide feedback to improve equipment operations and warranty processes.
Assist in field-testing and trials of new products and components.
Perform on-site technical assistance to resolve issues.
Contribute to relationship marketing and market services.
