Qualifications

• Grade 12/N3 with strong maintenance background.
• 10 years maintenance experience in mining environments.
• Sandvik rock drills product experience preferred.
• Trackless mining experience on UG drills and bolters.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality technical support to end users and service personnel.
• Coach and train technicians and specialists.
• Provide feedback to Product Support Managers for improvements.
• Offer on-site technical assistance and field testing.
• Assist with warranty claims data and product enhancements.
• Support sales and market services with technical input.
• Review spare parts recommendations with relevant teams.
• Ensure safe operation and proper functioning of equipment.
