Job summary

The Senior Facilities Manager at Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd in Johannesburg will lead the technical and operational management of a major retail centre, ensuring safe and reliable building services and infrastructure.

You'll oversee preventive maintenance, CAPEX projects, utilities and energy management, coordinating contractors and maintaining compliance to health and safety standards while delivering high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ Facilities Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and infrastructure.
• Experience managing budgets and CAPEX projects.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building services, technical systems and facilities activities.
• Lead planned and preventative maintenance programmes.
• Manage electrical, HVAC, water systems and energy‑management initiatives.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to quality and safety standards.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and CAPEX project plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and statutory requirements.
