A leading retail and supply chain company based in Cape Town seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee service delivery, manage compliance with health and safety regulations, and lead various teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in facilities management and managerial experience. Responsibilities include budget management, contractor oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years experience in a Facilities Management Environment.
• Min 5 years’ experience in a Managerial position, managing multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scorecard all contractors for facility services within SLA.
• Effective management of people, financial and other resources.
• Compile and manage NSSC services budget without over-expenditure.
• Build and maintain good stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance and staff development within the team.
• Keep relevant data accurate and stored in databases.
• Manage continuous improvement for business requirements.
• Deliver quality reporting to meet business needs.
• Present and compile Capex requests for NSSC.
• Resolve employee relations matters professionally.
