Job summary

FNB South Africa is seeking an external Sales and Service Advisor Lead to deliver tailored banking solutions and exceptional customer experiences in a fast paced environment.

You will drive sales targets, build relationships with clients, and ensure governance and compliance while applying FAIS and NQF Level 5 requirements.

Qualifications

• FSCA NQF5 qualification or higher is required.
• First Level Regulatory Examination is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management and drive the application process on behalf of the client.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell banking products to portfolio of clients.
• Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, and processing timelines to meet targets.
• Retrieve qualified leads and generate sales from internal and external channels.
