Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, with banqueting and corporate events focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution from client consultation to post-event follow-up.
• Develop and manage event budgets to ensure profitability.
• Lead, train, and motivate the events and banqueting team.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Design innovative event concepts and menus with the culinary team.
• Ensure events meet high standards of quality, service and presentation.
• Manage event logistics, staffing, AV, and venue setup.
• Conduct site inspections and client presentations.
