Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in event management, preferably in hotel banquets.
• Proven track record of planning and executing a variety of events.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and service standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of banquets and events from initial client contact to post-event follow-up.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Create innovative event concepts and menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
