Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute all assigned banqueting and event functions, including weddings, corporate events, and parties.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the planning process.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as catering, banqueting staff, and AV technicians to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop event proposals, menus, floor plans, and timelines to meet client requirements and venue capabilities.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and timely invoicing and payment collection.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and maintain client relationships.
