Placements24 is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead enterprise sales efforts in Centurion, Gauteng. You will manage key enterprise relationships, drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling, and serve as the trusted adviser to clients with complex requirements.

In this role you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction within a results-driven sales environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Account Management or Enterprise Sales.
• Proven track record with managing large enterprise accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales in Gauteng is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify expansion opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess needs and value.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to ensure client success.
• Negotiate and close renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
