Placements24 is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the engineering recruitment vertical from our Tembisa office in Gauteng. You will design and implement strategic recruitment programs, build key client relationships, and mentor junior recruiters in a high-autonomy role.

This position focuses on complex challenges and delivering outstanding engineering talent acquisition results. You will drive end-to-end processes, engage best-in-class sourcing methods, and provide market

Competenze

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive recruitment experience with at least 4 years in engineering recruitment.
• Proven leadership or principal-level experience delivering complex recruitment projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, civil and software engineering disciplines.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with modern ATS and recruitment marketing tools.
