Qualifications

• 6+ years in engineering with 3+ years in leadership
• Experience managing software or hardware development projects end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and engineering best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering; master's preferred
