Job summary

The Hiring House is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and engineering programs in the Western Cape. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and report to Program and Senior Management.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in NEC4/FIDIC contracts, PMO environments, and multidisciplinary teams, with proficiency in Primavera or MS Project and a solid understanding of procurement and contract management.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale engineering and technology R&D projects.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams of senior professionals.
• Strong knowledge of project management theory, standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional project management services to Program and Senior Management in delivering Technology projects.
• Lead initiation, planning, execution, and closure of projects with clear scope, schedule, cost, and quality baselines.
• Coordinate distributed and remote teams across geographies and ensure effective governance and reporting.
