You will represent the company in the CCMA and Labour Court, ensure BCEA/LRA compliance, mentor junior staff, and guide strategic employment law actions for management.

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with at least 8 years post-qualification experience in employment law.

Responsibilities

About the Role

This pivotal role involves providing expert legal advice on all aspects of employment law, including compliance, dispute resolution, industrial relations, and contract drafting. You will be instrumental in guiding the company through complex employment legislation and managing sensitive employee relations matters. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of labor law, exceptional advisory skills, and the ability to work effectively within a hybrid model, offering strategic guidance and support to management while mentoring junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities
