Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering with renewable energy project development.
• Extensive knowledge of grid-tied power conversion technologies and energy storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design and engineering for utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS).
• Develop detailed electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and connection studies.
• Specify balance-of-plant electrical equipment, including inverters, transformers, switchgear, and cabling.
• Conduct grid interconnection studies and ensure compliance with utility requirements.
• Provide technical oversight during the construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
