Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising strategies to drive online sales and profitability.

• Conduct regular performance analysis of product categories and individual SKUs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure our product offering remains competitive and relevant.
• Utilize web analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
• Work closely with the web development team to suggest and implement website enhancements that improve user experience and site navigation.
• Provide insights and recommendations for new product introductions and assortment planning.
• Ensure all product information is up-to-date and compliant with company standards and relevant regulations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, with a strong focus on online retail.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful merchandising strategies that have demonstrably increased sales.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to product discoverability.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
