Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in e-commerce analytics or related field.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and extract insights.
• Expertise in web analytics platforms, especially Google Analytics.
• Proficient in data manipulation tools such as SQL, Excel; Python/R a plus.
• Experience building KPI dashboards and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website performance, traffic sources, user behaviour, conversion rates, and sales trends.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance and identify improvement areas.
• Analyze marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and optimize spend.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to multiple departments.
• Perform customer segmentation to inform personalized marketing.
• Identify UX and site improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
• Stay updated with analytics trends and best practices; present findings to senior management.
