Developing and executing district-level sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Overseeing the performance of multiple retail stores and store managers.
Recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing store managers and teams.
Ensuring consistent brand presentation and customer experience across locations.
Managing district budgets, expenses, and profitability.
Enforcing company policies, procedures, and standards.
Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Driving initiatives for inventory control and loss prevention.
Building strong relationships with corporate leadership and regional teams.
