Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Early Learning Program Manager to lead its flagship Benoni center. This senior role provides strategic oversight of all early childhood programs, ensuring curriculum excellence, effective operations, and strong staff leadership.

You will drive curriculum innovation, mentor educators, manage budgets, partner with families and the community, and uphold licensing standards within a diverse, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ECE or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in early childhood education, with 3+ in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, child assessment, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the early learning curriculum and teaching approaches.
• Provide leadership and professional development for teaching staff.
• Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
• Manage budgets, resources, and strategic planning for sustainability.
• Build partnerships with parents, families, and the community.
• Ensure adherence to licensing standards and quality benchmarks.
