Placements24 is seeking a visionary Early Learning Center Manager to lead our Sandton center. This role oversees operations, staff, curriculum oversight, parent engagement, and regulatory compliance to deliver outstanding early childhood education.

You will manage budgets, foster a collaborative team, and drive continuous improvement in teaching quality within a nurturing environment in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive management experience in early learning centers.
• Strong knowledge of child development, pedagogy, and curriculum design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the early learning center and ensure high service standards.
• Lead, motivate, and manage educators and support staff.
• Implement and maintain high-quality educational programs aligned with best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Develop and manage the center's budget and ensure financial sustainability.
• Build relationships with parents and provide excellent customer service.
