Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field (ECD/Business Admin).
• 5+ years in early childhood education with 3+ years in leadership/management.
• Strong knowledge of child development, pedagogy, and curriculum design.
• Proven staff management, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and curriculum to ensure high standards of learning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations for childcare facilities.
• Oversee admissions, parent communication, and community outreach to build relationships.
• Manage the center's budget, financial planning, and administrative functions.

Education
