You will own digital strategy, drive customer acquisition, retention and ROI, manage budgets, and mentor the digital marketing team while collaborating with Brand, Creative, Operations and Tech to maximise performance.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong track record delivering measurable commercial growth via digital channels.
• Expertise in performance marketing, paid media, SEO, CRM, loyalty programs and optimization.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Commercial acumen to evaluate ROI, CAC and customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with Group and brand objectives.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, digital sales growth and ROI.
• Lead digital marketing budgets, investment planning and performance optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and lifetime value.
