Job summary

Bbe Recruitment Group (Pty) Ltd South Africa is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day digital marketing output across performance, social, content production, and digital design for Consumer, Sales Force, and Corporate channels.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, oversee production quality with the Creative Director, and collaborate with the Marketing Manager and CMO on strategy, budgets, and governance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years digital marketing experience including performance marketing and social media.
• 3+ years leading a multi-disciplinary team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day digital marketing leadership and output.
• Own web, social, community, and paid channel strategy and performance.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary digital team, including onboarding for new members.
• Collaborate with Creative Director on production quality and brand fit.
• Provide reporting and analytics on digital channel performance.
• Oversee briefing and capacity planning for the digital team.
