You will mentor a marketing team, analyze performance data with Google Analytics and Google Ads, collaborate with Sales, Product and Creative, manage budgets, and stay ahead of trends in the South African market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Experience managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM is desirable.
• Understanding of the South African market is advantageous.
