You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle of e-learning modules, from conceptualization and storyboarding to final production and deployment across various Learning Management Systems (LMS). Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and produce high-quality e-learning courses and modules using industry-leading authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

• Create interactive elements, simulations, quizzes, and assessments to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Develop multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, audio narration, and video, to support learning objectives.
• Ensure all e-learning content is SCORM or xAPI compliant and integrates seamlessly with various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Manage multiple development projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and quality standards in a remote setting.
• Stay current with emerging trends in e-learning development, instructional technology, and digital learning best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of developed modules to ensure functionality and user experience.

Requirements
