Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an experienced Debtors Supervisor to oversee the accounting function of the unit, ensuring accurate credit control, reconciliations, and timely reporting. You will drive collections, manage the Debtors team, and uphold financial policies and procedures.

The role includes supervising the AR team, maintaining master data, and coordinating with Sales and Distribution to resolve account issues, with a focus on cash flow and governance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Certificate in Credit Management (advantageous).
• 5–7 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Debtors, or Credit Control.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience managing high-volume customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Debtors team and allocate workloads.
• Drive cash flow by improving collections and reducing debtor days.
• Prepare and submit monthly debtor reports and EC controls on time.
• Review reconciliations and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain customer master data and SAP records.
