Communicate Recruitment is seeking an experienced Debtors/Accounts Receivable Leader in Johannesburg. You will head the debtors and collections team and oversee the full AR function, ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely collections.

You will review aging, drive initiatives, report on collections, and support cash flow forecasting while maintaining strong customer relationships and improving processes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience within debtors, credit control or accounts receivable.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong collections and debtor management skills.
• Experience managing high-value customer accounts.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• ERP system exposure.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Lead and develop the debtors and collections team.
• Manage the full accounts receivable function.
• Review debtor aging and drive collection initiatives.
• Monitor account balances and investigate overdue accounts.
