Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a senior Debtors Manager to lead, mentor, and optimise the entire debtors function. You will drive collections strategies to improve cash flow, manage a large debtors book, and ensure adherence to governance standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership within an FMCG environment, with strong experience in debtors book management, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. You will report to the finance leadership and influence process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Debtors/Credit Control team.
• FMCG industry experience is essential.
• Strong debtors book management experience.
• Solid understanding of governance and compliance.
• Hands-on management style with operational involvement.

• Monitor account reconciliations and resolve outstanding queries

• Analyse debtor trends and provide management with accurate reporting

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting
