You will guide innovative pedagogical approaches, mentor junior developers, and drive course launches with strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in curriculum development with online learning focus.
• Experience leading curriculum design projects and mentoring junior developers.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of online courses and learning materials across subjects.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to ensure high-quality content creation.
• Develop and implement innovative pedagogical approaches for remote learning environments.
• Conduct needs assessments and research to identify trends and best practices in online education.
