Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative and experienced Remote Childcare Curriculum Specialist to design and develop innovative educational programs for early learners. This role is fully remote and requires translating pedagogical research into engaging learning materials for diverse age groups.

Responsibilities include designing curricula, collaborating with designers, and updating content to maintain quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing childcare curricula or educational programs.
Strong knowledge of early learning frameworks and child development theories.
Excellent writing, editing, and instructional design skills.
Proficiency with online collaboration tools and digital content creation software.
Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results remotely.

Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive early childhood curricula, including lesson plans, activities, and assessment tools.
Ensure curriculum content is developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive, and engaging for young children.
Research and integrate the latest theories and best practices in early childhood education into program designs.
Collaborate with graphic designers and subject matter experts to create visually appealing and effective learning materials.
Review and revise existing curriculum content to maintain relevance and quality.
Provide remote support and guidance to educators implementing the curriculum.
