The role emphasizes applying instructional design and UX principles, ensuring WCAG accessibility, and supporting remote, nationwide learners across SA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience designing and developing digital learning content, preferably in higher education.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online courses and digital learning materials using diverse authoring tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate content into accessible modules.
