Job summary

You will work with educators, instructional designers, and developers to produce curriculum-aligned modules using Articulate 360 and Captivate.

The role focuses on multimedia integration, responsive design, and accessibility across devices, leveraging adaptive learning concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in educational content development.
• Experience with CAPS and NQF in SA curriculum frameworks preferred.
• Ability to design curriculum-aligned, interactive modules.
• Familiarity with AI-driven adaptive learning and gamification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with national education standards.
• Integrate multimedia elements to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
• Test and refine digital learning solutions based on analytics and feedback.
• Stay updated on EdTech trends and apply best practices in module design.
