Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Educational Consultant for a fully remote contract role. You will partner with educational institutions to assess curricula, design innovative programs, and guide implementation with expert pedagogical strategies.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Education and have 10+ years in curriculum development or educational consulting, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational consulting.
• Proven success in designing and implementing effective curricula across educational levels.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories, assessment design, and pedagogical best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing curricula and instructional strategies.
• Design and develop new curricula frameworks, learning objectives, and content outlines aligned with educational standards and best practices.
• Provide expert recommendations for pedagogical approaches, assessment methods, and technology integration.
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of curriculum changes.
• Develop training materials and facilitate workshops for educators on new curriculum implementation and effective teaching methodologies.
• Stay current with educational research, trends, and policy changes impacting curriculum development.
