You will analyze credit data, identify risks, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field; PhD is a plus.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in credit risk management.
• Expertise in credit risk modeling, quantitative analysis, and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and banking regulations.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain credit risk frameworks and policies.
• Analyze creditworthiness of new and existing clients, identifying potential risks.
• Monitor the credit portfolio for trends and risks, and provide reports to management.
• Design and validate credit scoring models and risk tools.
• Ensure compliance with credit risk regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with business units to set risk appetites and limits.
