Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in industrial control systems engineering.
Expertise across PLC/DCS platforms (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Emerson DeltaV).
Strong knowledge of process control theory, instrumentation, and industrial protocols.
Experience with simulation and modeling of control systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication for a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of complex control system architectures (PLC/DCS/SCADA).
Develop and implement advanced control algorithms to optimize efficiency.
Oversee commissioning and validation of new systems and modifications.
