The ideal candidate has deep expertise in control theory, PLC programming (Siemens/Rockwell), and system integration, with 7+ years in industrial automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial automation and control system engineering.
• Proficiency in programming Siemens and Rockwell PLC platforms and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of control theory, PID loops, and servo/motion control.
• Experience with industrial networking and fieldbus protocols.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial automation using PLCs, DCS, and HMI software.
• Create and maintain detailed logic, schematics, and documentation for control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to control system hardware and software.
• Optimize system performance through advanced control strategies and parameter tuning.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration.
• Lead technical reviews and provide guidance to junior engineers on control system design and implementation.
