Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a skilled Control Systems Electrical Engineer to join their project team in a fully remote engagement. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and optimization of industrial control systems for automation projects, working with state-of-the-art technologies to boost efficiency and safety from a home office.
You will design PLC/SCADA/HMI solutions, program platforms, develop control strategies, and collaborate with clients and project managers via online channels,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in industrial control systems design and programming.
- Proficient with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs and SCADA software.
- Strong automation, robotics, and process control knowledge.
- Experience configuring industrial networks.
- Excellent remote communication and problem-solving skills; strong documentation ability.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems for industrial automation.
- Program and configure multiple control platforms from leading manufacturers.
- Develop and implement robust control strategies to meet project objectives.
- Conduct remote testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of control systems.
- Create detailed documentation including P&IDs, electrical schematics, and manuals.
- Collaborate with clients and project managers via online channels.
