Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business, legal, or engineering related field.
• Professional certifications in contract management (CIPS, PMP) are highly desirable.
• 8+ years of contract management experience, with 5+ years in mining or construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and finalize contracts with vendors, service providers and contractors.
• Draft, review and update contracts to meet requirements and legal standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws and regulations.
• Monitor contract milestones and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee performance of vendors and contractors and manage timelines and resources.
