Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment with construction focus.
• Experience placing senior roles in PM, engineering, architecture, and quantity surveying.
• Deep knowledge of Western Cape construction talent needs, esp. Stellenbosch.
• Strong client management, business development, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex recruitment projects and deliver results.
• Proficiency with recruitment databases and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels of construction professionals.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract scarce and in-demand talent.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key construction clients.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments, including technical competency and experience verification.
• Manage client expectations and provide market insights on talent availability and trends.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement and aftercare.
• Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members.
• Contribute to business development for the construction division.
