Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive end-to-end recruitment in the Construction and Property sectors in Port Elizabeth. You will manage client portfolios, source and assess candidates for roles ranging from project managers to estate professionals, and build strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in recruitment within these sectors, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' recruitment experience, with focus on Construction or Property sectors.
• Solid understanding of South African construction and property markets.
• Experience sourcing and placing candidates for technical and managerial roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a client portfolio within construction and property industries.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for multiple roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer and placement.
• Provide market intelligence and consultative advice on talent and compensation.
• Utilise CRM/ATS to manage candidate and client data.
• Achieve and exceed personal and team placement targets.
