Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in recruitment with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SA Construction and Property markets.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a recruitment team.
• Excellent business development and client relationship skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Hybrid work model experience in Centurion.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment consultants focused on construction and property sectors.
• Drive business development initiatives to secure new client mandates and expand market share.
• Oversee the recruitment process for a wide range of roles, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in construction and property industries.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and market intelligence.
• Manage team performance, setting targets and monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the recruitment consultancy.
• Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Report on divisional performance to senior management.
