Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee major construction and development initiatives from design to handover at our Centurion HQ in Gauteng. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field, 8+ years' experience, and a proven track record delivering complex commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in managing construction and development projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex commercial/residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, quality and codes compliance.
• Manage procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing progress reports.
