Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead major building projects in Port Elizabeth. You will drive planning, procurement, and execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high safety standards.

The role requires at least five years of experience, a relevant degree, and proven leadership. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients, and manage schedules and resources across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management in commercial or residential sectors.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regs and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop detailed schedules and budgets with resource plans.
• Ensure site safety compliance and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
