The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction PM, strong leadership, and a PMP or related certification is a plus. This role involves high-profile projects and rigorous safety and quality standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience with a strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Experience managing large budgets and complex schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout in Rustenburg.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Oversee site operations ensuring safety, codes, and environmental standards.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
