Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead major construction projects in Vereeniging. You will oversee all phases from planning to completion, ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high safety standards.

The role requires a BA or higher in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, at least 7 years in similar PM roles, and strong leadership with knowledge of PM software and building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in construction project management software and techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion in Vereeniging.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Oversee site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.
