Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead major building projects in Port Elizabeth. You will drive planning, procurement, and execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high safety standards.

The role requires at least five years of experience, a relevant degree, and proven leadership. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients, and manage schedules and resources across multiple sites.

About the Role

Our client seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee significant building projects in the Port Elizabeth area. You will manage all aspects of the construction lifecycle, from planning and procurement to execution and closeout, working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar construction management role.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and standard office applications.
