Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in construction and development.
• Experience delivering projects from conception to completion in Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency with construction project management software and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree or professional qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction and development projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources within financial and time constraints.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless progression.
